Seabob battery re-celling and technical service
Cell replacement, BMS repair and factory-level sealing for every model and generation.
Don't let a dead battery end your day on the water
For yacht owners, watersports operators and Seabob riders in Fethiye, Göcek and the surrounding bays, we offer guaranteed battery re-celling and technical service across every Seabob model.
Whichever model you ride, we restore it to factory-level performance as a reliable, professional alternative to an expensive full battery cassette replacement.
Models we service
- F5
- F5 S
- F5 SR
- F9
- F9 S

- Magnum
- and all earlier generations

End-to-end battery service
Premium re-celling
When a pack is fully worn or no longer holds a charge, we rebuild it from scratch with A-grade, high-drain lithium-ion cells matched to the model's power demands, restoring original performance and maximum run time.
BMS software repair and reset
Battery Management Systems that lock themselves after a deep discharge are recovered with model-specific software, and board faults are resolved safely.
Guaranteed sealing and pressure testing
Sealing is the most critical step of any Seabob repair. We carry out vacuum and gas filling to factory standards, then test every unit in our pressure tanks before handing it back with a sealing sign-off.
Cosmetic and mechanical care
Alongside the battery work we service the jet drive, shaft play, charging-port corrosion and overall condition to extend the life of your Seabob.
How your Seabob moves through our workshop
- 01
Free diagnostics
We measure battery, BMS and cell health and give you a clear report and quote.
- 02
Re-celling
Old cells come out and the pack is rebuilt with premium high-drain cells.
- 03
BMS setup
The battery management system is reset and calibrated with model-specific software.
- 04
Vacuum and pressure test
Factory-level sealing is verified in an underwater pressure tank.
- 05
Handover
After a test ride and charge cycle, we deliver it back to your yacht or marina.
Re-celling instead of a full cassette swap
The same performance at a far more accessible cost.
Re-celling
- Original performance and run time restored
- Existing cassette housing and electronics kept
- BMS repair and pressure test included
- A fraction of the cost of a full replacement
Full cassette replacement
- High cost of a new cassette
- Parts hard to source for some older models
- Long lead and waiting times
Marine electronics, not ordinary battery repair
Repairing a Seabob takes far more than ordinary lithium battery work. It calls for real engineering and marine-electronics expertise. With dedicated vacuum test equipment, first-class components and deep experience in local marine operations, we bring your Seabob back to day-one power without putting it at risk, whatever its generation.
- Every model and generation
- A-grade high-drain cells
- Vacuum and pressure tested before handover
- Pickup from your yacht in Fethiye, Göcek, Marmaris

Common questions about re-celling, the BMS and sealing.
Which Seabob models do you re-cell?
Every Seabob model, including the F5, F5 S, F5 SR, F9, F9 S, Cayago F7, Magnum and all earlier generations.
What is re-celling?
The worn lithium-ion cells inside the battery cassette are replaced with new high-drain cells matched to the model's power needs, while the cassette housing and electronics are kept. It restores original performance for far less than a full cassette replacement.
My Seabob shows "Battery Error" and won't charge. What should I do?
This is usually a BMS that has locked itself after a deep discharge, or worn cells. Don't force it; get in touch and our free diagnostics will tell you whether the fault is in the BMS or the cells.
How do you guarantee it stays watertight?
After assembly we carry out vacuum and gas filling to factory standards, then test the unit in an underwater pressure tank. Nothing is handed back without a sealing sign-off.
Is re-celling cheaper than a full cassette replacement?
Yes. Because the existing housing and electronics are reused, the cost is significantly lower than a full cassette. We share the exact price transparently after diagnostics.
Do I need to bring my Seabob to the workshop?
No. In Fethiye, Göcek, Marmaris and nearby marinas we can collect it from your yacht or marina and return it after testing.
