What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website can store in your browser, typically to remember a preference or keep you logged in between visits.

Cookies we use

• NEXT_LOCALE — first-party, strictly necessary. Remembers whether you chose English or Turkish, so you don't have to choose again on your next visit. Expires after 1 year. This cookie is exempt from consent requirements because the site can't deliver the language you chose without it.
• Google Maps (conditional, third-party) — the map on our Contact and About pages stays switched off until you click "Load map". Only then does your browser contact Google, and only then might Google set its own cookies, under Google's own cookie and privacy policies.

What we don't use

We don't run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, heatmap or session-recording tools, A/B testing tools, or any third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking NEXT_LOCALE simply means the site will show you the language matching your browser settings on each visit instead of remembering your last choice.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics or advertising tools in future, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.
