Our services

Fethiye Seabob rents, sells, and repairs Cayago Seabob underwater scooters across Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Göcek and Marmaris, from our office in Ölüdeniz.

Bookings & pricing

Prices quoted by phone, WhatsApp or email are subject to change until we confirm your booking. A booking is only confirmed once we've confirmed availability and you've agreed the price and date with us directly.

Safety, eligibility & assumption of risk

Riding a Seabob is a water activity with inherent risks, including collision, drowning and injury. By booking, you confirm that you (and anyone in your party) are reasonably able to swim and be in open water, and you agree to follow our safety briefing and your guide's instructions at all times.

Please tell us before your session about any condition that could make Seabob use unsafe — for example heart conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, or recent surgery — so we can advise you properly. Use is at your own risk if you ride against that advice.

Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for their safety and conduct on the water.

To the extent permitted under Turkish law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a rider's failure to follow the safety briefing or to disclose a relevant medical condition. This doesn't limit our liability for our own negligence, for a defect in the equipment, or for death or personal injury where Turkish law doesn't allow such a limit.

Deposits, damage & loss

A refundable security deposit may be required at handover; the amount and method (cash or card hold) will be confirmed with you when you book. You're responsible for loss of, or damage beyond normal wear to, the Seabob and its accessories while it's in your care, up to its repair or replacement cost.

Sales & warranty

Units we sell are genuine Cayago hardware. Warranty terms and claims are handled according to the manufacturer's official warranty conditions, a copy of which we provide at the time of purchase.

Repairs

We provide a repair quote after inspecting your unit, and we won't start paid work without your approval. We use genuine Cayago parts where available. Turnaround times we give are estimates, not guarantees, and can change once we've assessed the unit.

Intellectual property

The content, photography and design of this site belong to Fethiye Seabob or are used under licence, including Cayago/Seabob product imagery supplied to us as an authorised dealer. "Cayago" and "Seabob" are trademarks of their respective owner; we use them to describe the genuine Cayago products we sell, rent and service, not to claim any broader affiliation.

Links to flyspot.com.tr and atatravels.com lead to separate, independently operated businesses. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or services.

Force majeure

If weather, sea conditions, or events outside our reasonable control mean we need to reschedule or cancel your booking, we'll offer you the next available slot or a refund in line with our Refund Policy — at no extra cost to you.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court with jurisdiction over your residence or our place of business, as provided by Turkish Law No. 6502; any other dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Fethiye/Muğla, Turkey.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
